As a family they enjoy cooking, hiking, going to beach, and on walks together. They are all avid readers and enjoy reading a book together too. They limit screen time so that they can focus on outdoor play even in rainy weather if appropriate. They keep a pretty structures schedule, they like the Montessori approach at school but tend to be more relaxed at home.
Their ideal nanny is someone that has a good amount of flexible availability that they can schedule some times with the nanny a couple of weeks in advance on a rolling basis. They would love a responsive nanny who is quick to text back or easy to communicate with. Their children respond best to those with a calm, kind energy and not overly directive or overly energetic.
