Schedule: Core needs are Mon,Tues,Thurs, & Fri 3-6pm and Wed 1-6pm. They can add hours prior for household manager tasks, property management duties, errands, projects, and 1-2 later evenings for a date night. Their minimal need could be 20 and maximum need up to 30 hours/week.
Duties: Childcare- picking up from school, brining to activities, homework help, dishes, laundry, meal prep. Household- errands, picking up packages, hiring vendors, working on property projects (they own rentals within 5 minutes of their home).

They have two children a 4 year old boy and 2 year old girl. Their oldest loves the outdoors, has a lot of energy, is quick to make friends, and is even tempered/well behaved. Their daughter has always been a extremely easy child who thrives at her Montessori school, can be initially shy but warms up quickly to new people, over to play with her brother (and argue with him too!), and is close to being potty trained. As a family they enjoy cooking, hiking, going to beach, and on walks together. They are all avid readers and enjoy reading a book together too. They limit screen time so that they can focus on outdoor play even in rainy weather if appropriate. They keep a pretty structures schedule, they like the Montessori approach at school but tend to be more relaxed at home.
Their ideal nanny is someone that has a good amount of flexible availability that they can schedule some times with the nanny a couple of weeks in advance on a rolling basis. They would love a responsive nanny who is quick to text back or easy to communicate with. Their children respond best to those with a calm, kind energy and not overly directive or overly energetic.
Schedule: 4-8 hours/week that will vary and can plan ahead with nanny and the nanny’s availability. The kids go to school full time but could include a daytime shift when they are off from school, an evening shift such as 4/5 pm until 8/9pm, or a weekend shift. They are flexible
